I stayed at Dar Eljouhari for 5 nights and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location within the Medina was perfect, allowing for easy exploration of the market. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the shared bathrooms were always spotlessly clean. The staff, particularly Azil, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to our needs. The WIFI was excellent, allowing us to enjoy Netflix without any issues. a great stay in a friendly and clean hotel.
I do recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a charming hotel in the heart of the bustling medina, with easy access to everything. the friendly staff was always available to help us. Despite being so central, the hotel was quiet and peaceful at night. the shared kitchen was convenient and all common areas were exceptionally clean and well-kept.
The bathroom was shared, which was not ideal for our group.

Convenient location, 5-minute walk from medina entrance, easy to find with clear signage. Friendly and welcoming staff, accommodating a late-night check-in. Clean and tidy with opportunity to use kitchen facilities. Multiple shared bathrooms for a comfortable stay.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed with the two offered facts: a cozy room and a nice terrace to relax. The location was key, as it was situated close to local shops and historic landmarks. Another advantage I enjoyed was the friendly staff, who were always willing to offer helpful suggestions and make my stay more comfortable.
The shared bathrooms could use some improvement, as they tended to get flooded easily. noise levels from nearby traffic and rowdy guests made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Great Stay at a Hidden Gem
This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The location is fantastic, situated right between the old Medina and modern Rabat. It's within walking distance to the Kasbah and other major attractions, and the nearby botanic garden is a nice bonus. The staff at this hotel was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Mohamed and Adil, in particular, were excellent hosts and their attention to detail was commendable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the basic amenities we needed. The hot water supply was reliable and the towels provided were always fresh and clean. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and we even received a free supper due to Ramadan.
Although our overall experience was fantastic, there were occasional noises at night from motorbikes in the medina. However, this did not significantly affect our stay.

Spotlessly clean, AMAZING customer service. Great stay. Very comfortable, functional and spotlessly clean. Shared bathroom but it was super clean, and a great shower which is always appreciated. But the kindness of the staff, particularly Azil, was the standout of our stay. He waited up late for us, as we arrived late from Chef.C. He helped us find a shop in the market that replaced a broken wheel on our suitcase, which was a godsend over the next week.and this was when we had already checked out.outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and exceptional customer service.

This hotel is a hidden gem in an amazing location. It is right between the old Medina and modern Rabat, making it perfect for exploring both areas. The hotel staff, especially Mohamad and Adil, go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are basic but clean, and the hot water and clean towels are a nice touch. The breakfast offered is delicious and the location is great, with the local market just a few meters away. The only downside is that it can get a bit noisy at night due to the motorbikes in the area. this hotel offers excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it for a stay in Rabat.

We loved the central location of this hotel. It was within walking distance of the market and the edge of the medina, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi, and the terrace was a lovely place to relax. Breakfast was also tasty, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
No complaints.

Great stay. Comfortable, functional, spotlessly clean. Shared bathroom, super clean, great shower. Kind staff, Azil standout. Waited up late, helped find shop in market. Enjoyed rooftop patio with view over surrounding houses and streets. Location near edge of medina on ten-foot-wide street with merchants spilling goods. Amaizing terrace, quiet and calm place. shared kitchen, owner can prepare breakfast/dinner. Best stay in Morocco. Friendly host, clean, nicely decorated room. Separate clean bathroom. Amaizing roof, unexpected in Rabat. Great location in medina, close to entrance. Veeeery nice!

The renovated and spacious rooms were a great surprise, as well as the terrace on the roof to relax after a day of sightseeing. the location of the hotel was very convenient, with major attractions within walking distance. Another advantage was the fact that there were four shared bathrooms for just a few rooms, which meant we didn't have to wait for long to use them.
the hot water supply was not constant and the shower was either too hot or too cold.
